TheraManager – Software Update

1. EMR Printing
There were a few printing issues on the “EMR” screen, involving the selection of a window for printing, and page numbering. These issues have been resolved.
Status: ISSUES FIXED.
2. Access Violation Messages
Users would occasionally receive an “Access Violation” message upon right-clicking the mouse. Work has been done to reduce the occurrence of these messages.
Status: ISSUE FIXED.
3. Changing clinician
In the Post Appointment form, the dropdown for "ad hoc" selecting a billing clinician has been re-enabled. This once again allows the user to post the appointment so that the insurance claim will include a different billing clinician than the clinician who actually rendered the service. This function is helpful for practices having trainees without a dedicated supervisor to see patients (and be paid) yet have the claim filed under a billing clinician that might change for different appointment. 4. Batch Update
On the Batch screen, for certain customers, bills were not being included in a batch if the account was positive but there were no recent transactions. That has been fixed. Additionally, we have modified one of the checkbox settings for bills. The former 'Reprinted in Last __ Days' checkbox is now 'Not Billed in (days) ___':
- If left unchecked, all bills will print (per the 'Remove Zero & Bills in Credit' setting), regardless of prior reprinting.
- If checked, accounts for which bills have been printed within the indicated number of days are excluded from the batch.
