TheraManager Software Update

Due to the substantial increase in Practices moving to the TheraManager Cloud environment, we are performing a major server upgrade this weekend.  The Cloud servers will be taken down from Saturday, Feb 16th at 1:00am until late Sunday evening, Feb 17th.  We will email everyone updated connection instructions this week.  It is important that you follow these instructions, so that on Monday, you'll be able to seamlessly connect to the cloud.


Included in today's release are the following items:

  1. Several issues related to posting an appointment have been fixed:

a) The "Place" dropdown was previously blank, preventing a user from selecting an alternate Place of Service.

b) The prior balance was previously missing, preventing users from viewing the patient's balance prior to the current charge. (The calculation of the current charge and the total balance remained accurate.)

c) Billing Codes (e.g., MOD) previously could not be selected or modified. In addition, the user can now delete a billing code by clicking the associated radio button, then either pressing the Delete key or backspacing. (This feature is in addition to the original means of removing a billing code by selecting from the dropdown immediately below 'Billing Codes')

2. In the Documents screen, lengthy file paths previously could not be processed.   The maximum  length of a file path has now been extended.


3. On the EMR screen, you can now view Microsoft Word 2007 (*.docx) as well as 2003 (*.doc) files.


4. Upon entering or modifying a ZIP code, under certain circumstances a 'QueryTownStateZIP ...' error would appear.  This has now been fixed.
